Ingredients
- 1 lb raw ground chicken
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp Spiceology Black &
- Bleu hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp Spiceology Black &
- Bleu blend
- Small flour or corn tortillas
- Cheese, shredded (your favorite kind)
- Creamy coleslaw for serving
Directions
Mix your ground chicken, onion, Black & Bleu seasoning and hot sauce together. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat a large pan to medium-high heat.
- Take your tortilla and press in your ground chicken mix to one side of the tortilla.
- Add some olive oil to your hot pan and place tortillas meat-side down.
- Let cook for 4-6 minutes and flip to the tortilla side. Add your cheese to melt and cook for another 2-3 minutes to crisp the tortilla. Repeat until all of your smash tacos are done.
- Finish with your coleslaw and devour!
