Ingredients
-
2 large chicken breasts
-
2-3 tbsp Spiceology Black Magic Cajun Blackening blend
-
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
-
1 small onion or 2 shallots, diced small
-
1 small bundle of spinach
-
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
-
Parmesan, around 1 cup shredded or more as needed
-
Fettuccine noodles, as needed

Olive oil, as needed
Directions
Dice your chicken into medium sized pieces, add some olive oil and 2 Tbsp of Spiceology Black Magic seasoning, mix to coat.
Chop your onions, garlic and spinach.
Heat your pan to medium heat, add in some olive oil and your garlic and onion, sautéing for 2-3 minutes, then increase the heat to medium high and add in your chicken, cooking almost all the way through then adding in your cream. Grate some Parmesan in to your sauce.
Cook your fettuccine noodles until al dente and add into your sauce, adding more Parmesan and let cook until slightly reduced and the sauce is thickened.
Add in your spinach right before serving.
Serve with garlic bread and another shave of Parmesan.
