Bubbling, golden-crusted, and loaded with jumbo lump crab, this deviled crab dip is the party appetizer that earns a recipe request every single time. Spiceology Black Magic Blackening Blend brings smoky Cajun heat to a rich, cheesy base that is impossible to put down. Pull it out of the oven with a pile of crackers and watch it disappear.

Black Magic Deviled Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb tub Costco Jumbo Lump Crab

  • 2 tbsp Spiceology’s Black Magic Blackening Blend

  • 3 cups Club Crackers (crushed)

  • 1 1/2 cups Duke's Mayo

  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan

  • 1 and 1/2 cup Grated Romano Cheese

  • Sour Cream 1/2 cup

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire

  • 1 Lemon or freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce

  • 2 tsp White Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for 1/2 cup of romano cheese, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of crushed club crackers.

  3. Mix thoroughly by hand with gloves on until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

  4. Press crab mix in a 10x10 casserole dish and top with remaining Romano cheese, parmesan, and remaining crackers.

  5. Dust with some Spiceology's Black Magic Blackening Blend, and bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees or until the crust is a light golden brown and the crab dip is bubbling.

  6. Remove from oven and serve with cracker, cucumber slices, or bread.
