Ingredients

1 quart Apple Cider

1 bag Lesser Evil, Himalayan Gold Popcorn

2 sticks Butter, Unsalted

2 cups Brown Sugar, Light

1 cup Light Corn Syrup

1/2 cup Condensed Milk

2 tsp Cream of Tartar
-
2 tsp Vanilla extract

2 tsp Spiceology Apple Cinnamon Blend
Directions
In a medium sauce pan on medium heat, reduce the apple cider to 1/4 C (about 1.5 hours) it will become a syrup like texture.
Combine butter, brown sugar, condensed milk, and corn syrup with the apple cider reduction and stir well.
Using a candy thermometer, bring the mixture to a soft ball caramel (236 degrees F).
Once to 236 degrees F remove from heat and add cream of tartar, vanilla, and Spiceology Apple Cinnamon blend.
On a parchment paper-lined sheet tray lay out the popcorn and cover with the caramel sauce.
Mix the popcorn to completely cover with caramel, mold into hand-sized balls and cool. Dig in!
