Author:Ingredients
-
3 tablespoons Spiceology Citrus Herb blend
- 1-inch pork blade bone-in steak
-
¼ cup orange juice
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- Lemon
Directions
- In a bowl combine Citrus Herb seasoning, orange juice and garlic, mix to make a paste.
- Coat your pork steak with your wet marinade and let sit uncovered in your fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Heat your grill to high heat.
- Grill your pork steak to your liking, I flip mine quite often to char both sides nicely and to get an even cook.
Let your pork steak rest, while it’s resting after the cook, zest lemon and squeeze the juice onto the pork.
- Enjoy with your favorite summer sides.
