8oz Unsalted Butter, cubed out

3 tbsp Cowboy Butter

2lbs Wild Snow Crab Legs, Previously Frozen

6 tbsp Cowboy Butter
-
1lb Ribeye
-
2 tbsp Cowboy Butter
Clarified Butter
Crab Boil
Steak
Directions
Clarified Butter
- 1. In a small sauce pot on low heat, melt butter slowly
- Once the whey starts to seperate, spoon it out to clarify butter
- Apply cowboy butter and keep on lowest heat possible and allow to steep to flavor butter
Crab Boil
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season with Cowboy Butter
- Drop in crab and cook for 3-5minutes
- Remove and plate
Steak
- Preheat Grill Steak at 550 degrees
- Season steak with cowboy butter
- Grill until internal temp is about 125 degrees. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 10 min
- Serve with Crab and clarified Butter
