Inspired by the iconic Peter Luger style, our Cowboy Butter Steak Sauce adds hoisin umami to a sweet and tangy tomato base. Killer on steak, even better as a secret weapon in soups and sauces.

Ingredients

2 tbsp Derek Wolf's Cowboy Butter Blend

1.5 cups Ketchup

2 tbsp Honey Mustard

1 tbsp Fish Sauce

1 tbsp Soy sauce
-
2 tbsp Secret Aardvark Hot sauce (or your favorite)

2 tbsp Hoisin
-
4 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. Whisk thoroughly to incorporate.
Transfer to a mason jar and store in the fridge. Let flavors build for 1 hour before use.
