Author: SpiceologyIngredients
- 4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 2/3 cup water
-
Apple Cinnamon
-
Smoky Honey Habanero
-
Pumpkin Spice
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 oz butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 Tbsp Fleur de Sel or Pacific Harvest Flakey Salt
1 Tbsp of one of the following Spiceology blends:
Directions
- Place the sugar, corn syrup and water into the saucepan. Use a pastry brush dipped in water to wash down the sides of the pan several times at the beginning. (This helps dissolve any sugar crystals that might have formed.)
- Heat until a golden amber color.
- Add butter, vanilla extract, Spiceology blend, and cream. Whisk until smooth.
- Remove from heat, whisk in salt and let cool.
- Pour into jars and get ready to add this to everything.
