Ingredients

1 8 oz block of Feta

2 Tbsp Spiceology Greek Freak

1/8 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 cups Cherry tomatoes

2 cups White onion (julienned)

1 cup Flat Leaf Parsley (rough chop)

1 bag of your favorite potato chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine white onions, olive oil and Spiceology Greek Freak. Toss gently and set aside.
In a large shallow roasting pan, place block of feta in the middle and surround with dressed onions and tomatoes. Add half the parsley and place in the oven in the center rack and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn oven over to broil on high and move the roasting pan to the top rack and broil until feta is lightly browned.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Serve with potato chips, pita, or whatever you love to dip.
