Ingredients

1 1/2 quart Chicken Broth

1 lb Chicken Wings, Browned

3 oz Bacon, Diced

8 oz Onion, Small Diced

1/4 cup Butter, Clarified

4 Garlic cloves, Minced, cloves

1 Bay Leaf
-
Black pepper to taste

Salt to taste

2 Tbsp Spiceology Greek Freak blend

1 Tbsp cream
Directions
Render bacon in clarified butter on medium heat in a medium to large sauce pot.
After the bacon has rendered add in the onion, celery and carrot. Sauté until translucent.
Once that has taken place add flour to create a roux.
Add stock, browned chicken wings, Spiceology Greek Freak and bay leaf reduce on a simmer for about 1 hour.
Run through a sieve.
Add a touch of cream and bring to a simmer.
Adjust seasoning as needed and serve.
