This is a delicious take on the classic dirty martini. You could trade an olive out for a cornichon pickle and get even fancier. Greek Freak Dirty Martini

Ingredients

    • ½ tablespoon Spiceology Greek Freak Mediterranean Blend

    • 1 cup Tasso olive juice

    • 3 Tasso Garlic and Jalapeno Stuffed Olives
    • ½ oz Dry Vermouth

    • 2 ½ oz Kirkland's French Vodka

    • ½ oz Greek Freak infused Olive Juice

    Directions

      1. In a small mason jar with a lid, combine Tasso olive juice with Spiceology Greek Freak. Shake and fill with olives to the brim. Set aside for 30 minutes - 24 hours. The longer it sits the better it gets.

      1. In a cocktail shaker tumbler, add vodka, dry vermouth, Greek Freak-infused olive juice and fill with ice.
      2. Shake nine times. Don’t stir.
      3. Strain into chilled martini glass or mason jar (or solo cup!).
      4. Garnish with a skewer of three Garlic and Jalapeno Stuffed Olives.
