Ingredients

2lbs Ground Beef (chuck)

2.5 tbsp and 1 tsp Spiceology’s Greek Freak Mediterranean Blend

½ cup White Onion (small dice)
-
½ cup Flat Leaf Parsley
-
10 Mint Leaves
-
6-8 Bamboo or Stainless Steel Skewers
Directions
Mix ground beef, Greek freak, salt, and diced onion by hand. Form around stainless skewers and let rest for 20 min. Broil on high in the middle rack for 15 min and let rest for 5 min.
Fine chop mint, parsley, and remaining tsp of Greek freak and set to the side.
Garnish and dress with your favorite white sauce or make mine

If you use bamboo skewers, be sure to soak them in water for 2 hours before broiling.
Also, I love blending ground lamb into this recipe. Don't be afraid to experiment with flavor.
