Ingredients

3 Slices One Mighty Mill Power Grains Bread (cubed)

⅛ cup Graza Sizzle

2 Tbsp Spiceology Greek Freak
-
⅓ cup Red Wine Vinegar
-
¼ cup Graza Drizzle
-
¼ cup Duke's Mayo
-
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
-
2 Mini Cucumbers (Thinly Sliced)

⅓ cup Mini Mozzarella Balls
-
⅛ cup Green Olives (Castelvetrano preferred)

12 Fresh Basil Leaves (torn)
Directions
Heat a 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bread cubes and pan-fry until deeply golden, crispy on the outside, still a little chewy inside. Remove and set aside.
Whisk together Greek Freak, red wine vinegar, Graza olive oil, and Duke’s mayo. Let rest for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine fried bread cubes, tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers.
Pour half of the dressing over the bread and veggies then toss until everything’s lightly coated.
Let it sit 5 minutes before plating so the bread soaks up all the good stuff without going soggy.
Garnish with mini mozz balls, sliced olives, and torn basil leaves.
