Ingredients

1 stick Unsalted Butter

1 Tbsp Spiceology Garlic Powder

Pinch of Salt, Kosher Coarse

1 tsp Spiceology Greek Freak Mediterranean blend

5 SUPERPRETZEL Bavarian Soft Pretzel Sticks, Thawed

2 Tbsp Olive Oil
-
1 Tbsp Spiceology Greek Freak Mediterranean blend

1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded (we used Tillamook)
-
1/2 cup Italian Sausage, Medium Crumble, Cooked
-
1/4 cup marinera sauce (we used Rao's Arrabbiata) for dipping

Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Shredded for garnish
-
Parsley, Chopped for garnish
For the Greek Freak Garlic Butter Sauce
For the Sausage Pizza Sticks (feel free to customize toppings)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small butter pot on low heat, melt all the garlic butter sauce ingredients together and leave on low for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and then place in a squirt bottle for easier application.
On a sheet tray lined with parchment, lay your sticks so they're next to each other.
Brush on olive oil evenly across each stick and dust with Spiceology Greek Freak blend.
Drizzle the sticks with the Greek Freak Garlic Butter Sauce.
Apply mozzarella cheese over sticks, followed by the Italian sausage crumbles.
Place fully dressed sticks in the oven and bake for 10 minutes (makes sure the cheese is melted and crispy on edges).
Remove from oven and plate. Garnish with more Greek Freak Garlic Butter Sauce, parmesan and parsley. Enjoy!
