Smooth, savory, and just a little unexpected, this sweet potato puree is the side dish that makes guests ask what your secret is. Spiceology Greek Freak brings herbaceous Mediterranean warmth while Smoked Paprika layers in gentle smokiness that plays perfectly off the natural sweetness of the potato. It comes together in minutes and works beautifully alongside roasted meats, grain bowls, or on its own.

    Directions

    1. Preheat your oven to 375° F. Poke your sweet potatoes all over and place on a small baking sheet in your oven for an hour, or until soft.

    2. When soft, remove from the oven and let rest until they are cool enough to touch.
    3. Peel the skin off your sweet potatoes, cut into quarters and place in a food processor (or blender) with all remaining ingredients
    4. Add the milk, butter, Spiceology Greek Freak, Spiceology smoked Paprika, Salt, and Pepper, and blend until smooth. The more milk and butter you add (beyond what the recipe specifics) the smoother and creamer your puree will be.

    5. Once blended, it’s ready to serve! Enjoy with gravy, pan sauce, chicken or steak!
