Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a food processor, pulse Oreo cookies with brown sugar and pulse into a fine dust.
Add in melted brown butter and pulse again until the texture of wet sand. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9/10-inch pie plate and press up the sides as well.
Bake 10 minutes or until fragrant. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool completely.
In a stand mixer or large mixing bowl, whisk powdered sugar, cream cheese, and peanut butter until fluffy and airy.
In a separate bowl, mix heavy cream, harissa, vanilla, and 2 Tbsp of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Gradually fold the whipped Harissa cream into the peanut butter mixture and pour into the prepared Oreo crust and freeze for three hours.
While pie is freezing, combine 1 Tbsp of Harissa, with 1 cup of white sugar and strawberries. Fold thoroughly, then add lemon juice and continue to mix to incorporate.
Place macerated strawberries in the fridge until ready to use.
Remove Pie from the freezer. Top with chocolate, peanut butter chips, and heath crumble. Then, add a layer of strawberries, then more chocolate garnish. Place back in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Slice into 8-12 slices and serve.
