Ingredients

1 Tbsp Spiceology Jamaican Jerk blend

6 cups Tillamook Butter Pecan Ice Cream

2 cups Brown Sugar

1 lb Butter (room temp and softened)

1 cup White Sugar

2 oz Jamaican Dark Rum

1/2 cup Jamaican Jerk Batter

4 oz Boiling water
Directions
In a food processor, combine ice cream, Spiceology Jamaican Jerk blend, brown and white sugar, and butter. Blend until smooth, place batter in a storage container and refrigerate until needed.
In a heat proof tempered glass mug, add 1/2 cup batter and 2 oz Jamaican dark rum.
Slowly stir in 4 oz of boiling water then stir quickly to blend and melt batter.
Sip and savor. Enjoy.
