Ingredients

1 cup Brown Ale

1 Tbsp Spiceology X Derek Wolf Sticky Bourbon Brown Ale Blend

1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese

2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour

2 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted

1 cup Milk, Whole

Chives for Garnish
-
1 container Kings Hawaiian Pretzel Bites

2 Tbsp Spiceology Everything Bagel Seasoning
Directions
Make your roux by melting butter and adding the flour.
Stir well and once it begins to smell like popcorn add the beer at medium heat.
Simmer for 2 minutes then add milk.
Once the liquid starts to thicken (nappe) add the Sticky Bourbon Brown Ale to the sauce.
Slowly begin to add the cheese remove from heat to stir and add back to the heat when you realize the cheese is no longer melting. Work it slow to avoid the sauce from breaking.
Heat your pretzel bites to your desired liking. After heating toss with Spiceology Everything Bagel Seasoning. - Plate the sauce in a bowl and garnish with chive slices and serve with the pretzel bites.
