- 2 cups plain greek yogurt, strained

2 tablespoons Spiceology Greek Freak Mediterranean Blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Using cheesecloth and a colander, place yogurt into cheese cloth and strain overnight in fridge.
- Pull out and mix in the remaining ingredients.
Serve with your choice of chips, veggies, or salmon!
