3 tablespoons Spiceology Maui Wowee
- 3-4 lbs pork chop or pork shoulder, cubed
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 lime
- 1 inch knob of ginger

3 tablespoons of your favorite bbq sauce as a binder, I used Bachan's.
- 1 pineapple, large dice
Directions
- Dice your pork to medium size dice.
- Grate garlic, ginger and lime zest into your pork, season with your bbq sauce and Maui Wowee seasoning. Mix together and cover and into the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
- Heat your grill to medium heat.
- Skewer your pork with large pieces of spring onion. Place on grill, keeping an eye on your skewers as the pork with char quickly.
- Toss your pineapple in Maui Wowee and skewer them, placing on your grill with the pork.
- When your pork is cooked to your liking take off your grill and plate with the pineapple skewers, serve them up and enjoy warm.
