Ingredients

4-6 oz of sashimi-grade tuna (or whatever sashimi grade fish you’d like)

1 ripe avocado

1 mini cucumber

1/4 cup roasted edamame

1 1/2 Tbsp Spiceology Maui Wowee seasoning, divided

2 tsp, ginger, finely diced or minced
-
1 Tbsp thinly sliced red onion
-
2 tsp soy sauce
-
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
-
1 Tbsp Japanese BBQ sauce
-
1 cup cooked sushi rice
-
Kewpie mayo, as needed
-
Sriracha, as needed

Roasted seaweed sheets, optional for serving
Directions
Cook sushi rice, set aside.
Dice your tuna into ¼-inch cubes and place into a bowl. Add in your soy, rice wine vinegar, BBQ sauce, 1 Tbsp Spiceology Maui Wowee seasoning, ginger and red onion, mix and set aside.
Dice your cucumber as small as you can, and slice your avocado thinly.
Place your cooked and cooled sushi rice into a bowl, place your pokè tuna on top along with your cucumber, avocado and edamame, sprinkle with more Spiceology Maui Wowee and finish with your Kewpie mayo, sriracha and seaweed sheets (if using) and enjoy this refreshing pokè bowl this summer!
