Street corn gets a North African makeover and it works beautifully. Spiceology's Moroccan Grill Tagine Blend brings warm spice and earthy depth to grilled corn, while Greek yogurt takes the place of traditional crema for a lighter, tangier base. Rosemary asiago and fresh herbs finish the job. It is the kind of side dish that makes people stop mid-bite and ask what you did differently.
