When it comes to upside down puff pastry tarts - the combos are endless. Chef Ryan pairs Granny Smith apple, pear and brie with our smoky sweet Nashville Hot seasoning for a perfect crunchy, sweet and savory bite. Watch the recipe video below!

Ingredients

1 roll of frozen puff pastry, thawed

1 Granny Smith apple
-
1 Pear
-
1 small wheel of Brie
-
Spiceology Nashville Hot seasoning, as needed

1 egg for egg wash
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Slice your apple and pear, roughly the same size pieces, and slice your Brie.
Cut your puff pastry into 9 equal pieces.
On a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper layer your apple and pear on top of a piece of Brie, sprinkle with Spiceology Nashville Hot seasoning.
Place a single piece of your puff pastry on top of your apples and pear, pressing down slightly.
Brush your egg wash over your puff pastry and bake for 15 minutes, your puff pastry should be golden and flaky. Let cool.
