Ingredients

1 (14–16 oz) bag coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage & carrots)

½ cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp rice vinegar

1½ Tbsp honey

3 tsp Spiceology Orange Gochugaru Chile seasoning

¼ tsp kosher salt
-
1-2 Tbsp water, as needed to thin

Directions
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, rice vinegar, honey, Orange Gochugaru Chile, salt, and 1 tablespoon water until smooth and pourable. Add more water if needed for a light, creamy consistency.
Add bagged slaw mix to a large bowl.
Pour dressing over and toss until evenly coated.
Let the slaw sit 10–15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
