Ingredients

Your favorite bread for grilled cheese, we used a sourdough

1/3-1/2 cup butter, at room temperature

1-1 1/2 Tbsp Spiceology Pink Peppercorn Lemon Thyme blend
-
Brie cheese
-
Granny Smith apple
-
Bacon
-
Swiss or Havarti slices
Directions
In a bowl mix together your butter and Spiceology Pink Peppercorn Lemon Thyme seasoning. Set aside.
Cook your bacon, slice your apples thinly, slice your Brie and bread.
In a medium-heat pan add your Pink Peppercorn Lemon Thyme-buttered bread, toast on one side. Once toasted flip, add on your Brie, apples, Swiss or Havarti and bacon.
Once your cheeses have melted flip them together and toast more on each side until your desired toastyness has been achieved. Slice and enjoy.
