Creamy broth, spicy sausage, and gold-crusted potatoes rolling in a kale confetti storm. Loaded with the herbaceous, spicy, garlicky swagger of Pizza Seasoning. When you’re here, dinner is never boring.

Ingredients
-
1 lb jowl or thick-cut bacon
-
1 lb ground Italian sausage
-
2 cups small-diced white onion
-
⅛ cup thinly sliced fresh garlic
-
6 cups halved mini gold potatoes
-
1 qt chopped kale, washed
-
10 cups chicken stock
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
⅛ cup Spiceology Pizza Seasoning (plus extra to taste)
-
Neutral oil (as needed)
Directions
In a large stockpot, cook bacon until mostly crisp but still tender. Remove and drain.
Add 1 Tbsp neutral oil, then brown sausage. Remove and drain with bacon.
Add onions, garlic, and 2 Tbsp Pizza Seasoning to the pot. Sauté until fragrant and translucent.
Pour in chicken stock. Return sausage and bacon to the pot with potatoes. Bring to a boil.
Reduce to medium-low and simmer 30 minutes, stirring in another Tbsp Pizza Seasoning halfway through.
Add kale, simmer 5 minutes, then stir in cream.
Ladle, serve, and remember—when you’re here, you’re here.
