Purple Haze Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Spiceology Purple Haze Blend

  • 3 Purple sweet potatoes, baked

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • ½ cup whole milk

  • 1 9-Inch Unbaked Store-Bought Pie Crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Wash and stab potatoes with a fork all the way around.

  2. Roast potatoes until tender, about 1 hour.
  3. Peel the skin off the potatoes and place potato into a mixing bowl.
  4. Set oven to 350° F.

  5. Mash the potatoes until smooth then add the remaining ingredients.
  6. Place your potato mixture into the pie crust and place in oven until center is firm and crust is golden brown, about 1 hour.
  7. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
