2 tablespoons Spiceology Purple Haze Blend

3 Purple sweet potatoes, baked

½ cup butter
-
1 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs, beaten

½ cup whole milk
- 1 9-Inch Unbaked Store-Bought Pie Crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 425° F. Wash and stab potatoes with a fork all the way around.
- Roast potatoes until tender, about 1 hour.
- Peel the skin off the potatoes and place potato into a mixing bowl.
Set oven to 350° F.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth then add the remaining ingredients.
- Place your potato mixture into the pie crust and place in oven until center is firm and crust is golden brown, about 1 hour.
- Cool and serve with whipped cream.
