Dark chocolate melted low and slow, infused with raspberry and a whisper of chipotle heat. Tart fruit, pistachio crunch, and a soft snowfall of flaky salt—sweet, bitter, and warm all at once. The kind of bite that stays with you, long after the last piece is gone.

Ingredients
-
8 oz high quality dark chocolate
-
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
-
1/4 cup dried tart cherries or dried strawberries
-
1 tbsp Spiceology’s Raspberry Chipotle seasoning, divided.
-
Flakey salt, as needed
Directions
Chop your pistachios and dark chocolate.
Heat a small pot with about an 1 inch of water and set a larger bowl over top of the water (making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water). Add the chocolate to the bowl and 1.5 tsp of Raspberry Chipotle. Using an instant read thermometer, melt and mix the chocolate till 120°F. Let cool to 90°F before working with it.
Pour the chocolate into a small pan with parchment. Sprinkle the remaining 1.5 tsp of Raspberry Chipotle, then your dried cherries or strawberries, pistachios and finish with flakey salt.
Let cool for a few hours at room temperature, break apart and enjoy your loaded dark chocolate bark.
Note* Add whichever dried fruit or nuts you like, make it your own!
