Raspberry Chipotle Meatballs with Balsamic Cranberry Sauce bring a little sweet-heat swagger to the holiday table. Using Spiceology’s Raspberry Chipotle Sweet & Spicy Seasoning, these meatballs get a bold berry-smoked punch that melts right into a glossy balsamic-cranberry glaze. They’re festive, a little unexpected, and dangerously easy to keep popping—perfect for a cozy dinner or a shareable party bite.

Directions
Mix together your milk and bread crumb so the bread crumbs absorb the milk a bit. Mix in your ground meats, parsley, Raspberry Chipotle Seasoning, eggs and salt and pepper.
Form into balls (you can make them smaller or bigger, depending on what your preference is).
In a bowl, mix together your cranberries, mustard, balsamic and soy. Set aside.
I like to let them set up in the fridge for an hour or so before frying.
Heat a good amount of olive oil to medium high heat. Sear your meatballs on all sides, once seared pour your balsamic cranberry sauce over top. Either simmer on the stove top or bake in the oven for 10 mins at 350°F (or until fully cooked).
Plate your meatballs and serve with your reduced balsamic cranberry sauce for a nice sweet and spicy holiday side dish.
