Sliders season is here. Don't have ground bison in your store? You can easily swap for ground beef. Also, don't have a flattop grill? You can make these babies in a frying pan.
Our Spiceology X Meateater Sabertooth Slayer seasoning is a coffee chili rub with Aleppo pepper, ancho chile, cocoa powder, espresso, and more. Watch the recipe video below!

Ingredients
-
1 lb ground bison
-
6-8 slider buns
-
1-2 Tbsp Spiceology X Meateater Sabertooth Slayer seasoning
-
8-10 mushrooms
-
Mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese)
-
Olive Oil or Butter or Beef Tallow, as needed
-
Arugula, as needed
-
Your favorite BBQ sauce, as needed
-
Pickle slices, as needed
-
Optional, onion jam or fried onions
Directions
Heat your flattop or frying pan to medium high heat.
Add your bison meat to a bowl and seasoning with 1 1/2 Tbsp of the Spiceology X Meateater Sabertooth Slayer seasoning - divide your meat into 2-3 oz balls.
Slice your mushrooms thin.
Place your bison sliders onto your grill or pan and flatten slightly (these aren’t smash patties) let cook about 4-5 minutes then flip, adding cheese and BBQ sauce right before they are done.
While your burgers are cooking, cook your mushrooms with some butter and salt and pepper or Spiceology X Meateater Gnome on the Range seasoning.
Toast your slider buns.
Time to assemble, bun, arugula, mushrooms, bison patty, onion jam or fried onion and pickle and enjoy!
