Ingredients

2 tablespoons Spiceology Black Magic Cajun Spice Rub
- 4-5 lb fully cooked ham

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

1/2 cup apricot jam

1/4 cup water
Directions
- Lightly spray the inside of the slow cooker crock with cooking spray. Place ham in the crock.
- In a medium saucepan, add the brown sugar, apricot jam, Black Magic Spice Rub, and water. Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to medium and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over the ham.
- Cook 6-8 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high, basting every hour. Serve immediately.
