Meet your new staple summer salsa to have on hand in the fridge.

A healthy shake of our Smoked Paprika and a few fresh ingredients and you're done.

This salsa by Chef Ryan is smoky, zesty, earthy, and slightly sweet - and super versatile to spoon on pretty much anything.

Smoked Paprika Salsa

Ingredients

  • 5 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper (or green if your wanting more color)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Spiceology Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp of Spiceology Salt Pepper Garlic
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. In a large bowl add in your diced veggies, I like to do a medium dice on the tomatoes, peppers and onions for more texture. Finely slice the spring onions and small diced the jalapeno and garlic.
  2. Season with olive oil, smoked paprika and salt, pepper and garlic.
  3. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes for flavors to marry.
  4. Enjoy on grilled meats or vegetables or mix in with rice!
