Inspired by The Breeze at Emily, this pie lives in that perfect swicy pocket where sweet heat hums instead of shouts. Stretchy mozzarella melts into a rich, slightly sweet tomato sauce, while house-pickled jalapeños bring a tangy snap and just enough attitude. Smoky pepperoni curls and crisps at the edges, laying down savory depth, and the whole thing gets hit with a dusting of Smoky Honey Habanero—warm, sweet, and gently smoldering—so every bite lands balanced, bold, and impossible to put down.

Recipe Note
This pizza is all about choose your own sweet heat adventure. How your favorite crust/pizza dough cooks up at home is how you make this pie. I love a chewy west coast dough that cooks up perfect in about 15-18 minutes but you know your oven and dough preferences better than I. Just make sure you get those pickled jalapenos in there with punchy pepperoni, rich whole milk mozzarella, and a Dust Bowl level event worth of Smoky Honey Habanero.
