Ingredients
-
1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter, browned
-
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
-
3/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
-
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
-
2 large Eggs
-
2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
-
1 tsp Baking Soda
-
1 tap Salt
-
2 Tbsp Spiceology S’mores Blend
-
2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (we used Nestlé Toll House)
Directions
Brown the butter: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and cook until golden brown with nutty aroma (about 5–7 minutes). Pour into a bowl and let cool slightly (15–20 minutes).
In a large bowl, combine browned butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and Spiceology S’mores Blend.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips, and if desired, mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.
Chill dough for 30–60 minutes to prevent overspreading.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop dough into rounded tablespoons and place 2 inches apart.
Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are soft.
Let cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Sprinkle a pinch of S’mores Blend on top while warm.
