2 Cups Whole Milk

1/2 cup Heavy Cream

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

3 Tbsp Chopped Chocolate

2 Tbsp S'mores Blend

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Salt

3 Egg Whites
-
3/4 cup Sugar

1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Carbonated Sugar
-
Graham Cracker, Crumbles

Chopped Chocolate

S'mores Blend
Marshmallow Meringue
Garnish
Directions
Heat milk and cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Whisk in cocoa powder until smooth and steamy.
Add dark chocolate and stir until fully melted.
Whisk in S’mores Blend, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Simmer 2–3 minutes to allow flavors to bloom.
(Optional: Blend with immersion blender for extra creaminess.)
Marshmallow Meringue
Prepare meringue: beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy. Gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form, then beat in vanilla.
Build
Ladle hot chocolate into mugs.
Top with Meringue
Toast Meringue Garnish with carbonated sugar, chopped chocolate, S'mores blend and graham crack crumble
