S'mores French Toast Sticks

Golden, custardy French toast sticks get dipped in melty marshmallow, kissed with chocolate, and dusted with our S’mores blend for that fireside nostalgia—no campfire required. It’s brunch, dessert, and childhood in one ridiculously good bite.

Ingredients
- 6 slices of thick cut bread
- 4-5 eggs

1 1/2 tbsp Spiceology’s S’mores blend
- 1 cup mini marshmallow
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
- Chocolate sauce, as needed
- Butter, as needed
Directions
Slice your bread into 4 equal sized pieces.
Mix your eggs, cream and s’mores seasoning into a bowl
Heat your frying pan to medium heat.
Dip your bread slices into your egg mixture the into your heated pan. Cook for a few mins on all sides until golden brown.
Melt your marshmallows in the microwave with a touch a water, starting with 30 second intervals, mixing in between each time, this should only take 2-3 times. Set aside to cool.
With your cooked French toast sticks, dip half (or all) into your melted marshmallows and put onto a plate.
If you have a torch quickly toast your marshmallow, finished with chocolate sauce or chocolate chips for a fun brunch.
