We're right there with you... and since the holiday season is one big special occasion, we're going big and newstalgic with a from-scratch S'mores Viennetta that will make you feel both fancy and nostalgic for the good ole days. Ingredients

8 oz dark chocolate

1 quart ice cream

¼ S’mores Seasoning

4 room temperature egg whites

½ cup sugar

½ tsp Cream of Tartar
Directions
Melt chocolate over a bain marie, then spread thinly over plastic wrap make it approximately the length of your loaf tin so you can divide it easily later. You will need 3 sheets.
In your mixer with the paddle attachment, add the carton of ice cream and the s'mores seasoning. Line desired pan with plastic wrap, put your ice cream in a piping bag.
Pipe in first layer of ice cream - add your first cooled layer of chocolate - add your 2nd layer of ice cream, add your 2nd layer of chocolate - fill the rest of the pan with ice cream. Put in freezer to set Leave to freeze for at least 3 hours, but it may take longer. Once solid, remove it from the tin - (The top will be the bottom when you flip it out).
Whisk eggs with vanilla until foamy, then add the sugar slowly, whisking on a medium speed. Add salt and continue whisking on medium speed until you get a tender-looking meringue that can hold peaks.
Once solid, remove it from the tin - (The top will be the bottom when you flip it out)
Place last sheet of chocolate on top and decorate with meringue.
Toast to perfection.
