Flaky pastry wrapped around creamy goat cheese, salty prosciutto, and tomato-paprika-garlic goodness. Tomatador turns these pinwheels into smoky, buttery, bite-size perfection — the kind you pop in your mouth and immediately regret sharing.

Tomatador Prosciutto, Goat Cheese and Tomato Puff Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 125g prosciutto
  • 1 small package of goat cheese
  • Spiceology Tomatador seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F
  2. Slice your tomatoes into 6 pieces, place them on a pan with parchment, season with salt, olive oil and Tomatador seasoning, and roast for 8-10 mins. Let cool.
  3. Cut your puff pastry into 6 pieces and brush with butter.
  4. Fill your muffin tin with your puff pastry pieces. Assemble by placing a slice of prosciutto then a tomato slice then another piece of prosciutto. Top with goat cheese and a sprinkle of Tomatador.

  6. Let cool and enjoy these fun and simple appetizers.
