Crispy, craveable, and packed with bold flavor, this Yum Yum Cauliflower is the kind of snack-meets-appetizer that disappears fast. Lightly battered, fried until golden, and tossed in a creamy, tangy sauce, it’s all driven by Spiceology Yum Yum Seasoning—the savory-sweet blend that brings everything together. Find that seasoning exclusively at Costco, then let it do the heavy lifting here, turning simple cauliflower into something seriously snack-worthy.

Yum Yum Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower florets (about 6 cups)

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour

  • ¼ cup cornstarch

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • About 1 cup cold water or club soda

  • 2 Tbsp (divided) Spiceology’s Yum Yum Seasoning

  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)

  • Vegetable oil as needed for frying

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp honey or sugar

  • 1 tsp Sriracha (optional for heat)

  • Green onion, for garnish

  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Directions

  1. Prep Cauliflower: Cut into bite-size florets and pat dry.

  2. Make Batter: Whisk flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and 1 Tbsp Yum Yum Blend. Slowly whisk in cold water/club soda until a smooth, pancake-like batter forms.

  3. Coat Cauliflower: Dip florets in batter, then roll in panko (if using).

  4. Fry at 350 °F for 3–4 minutes until golden; drain on paper towels.

  5. Make the Yum Yum Sauce: Mix mayo, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and remaining 1 Tbsp Yum Yum Blend.

  6. Toss & Serve: Coat hot cauliflower in sauce or drizzle over top. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
