Yum Yum Shrimp Lo Mein

Ingredients

  • 12 oz lo mein noodles

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled/deveined

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tsp garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

  • 2 heads of baby bok choy

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • 2 Tbsp Spiceology’s Yum Yum Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp mayo or sour cream (optional for creamy version)

  • Green onions for garnish

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  1. Cook noodles, drain, and toss lightly in sesame oil.

  2. In same pan, sauté garlic, ginger, and baby bok choy for 3–4 minutes.

  3. Add broth, soy sauce, and Yum Yum Blend; reduce slightly.

  4. Toss noodles and shrimp back in. For a creamy take, whisk in mayo or sour cream at the end.

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
