Ingredients

4 ribeye or NY strip steaks (about 8 oz each)

2 Tbsp oil

Salt & pepper, as needed

2 Tbsp butter
-
2 Tbsp Spiceology’s Yum Yum Seasoning (divided)

Tbsp garlic, minced (1-2 cloves)

1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
-
½ cup heavy cream
-
2 Tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Chopped scallions or chives (garnish)

Directions
Season the steak: Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
Sear: Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet until just smoking. Sear steaks 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to preference). Add butter during final minute and baste. Remove at 120 degrees internal for a medium rare steak.
Rest: Remove steaks and rest on a rack or plate for 5–7 minutes.
In same skillet, lower heat. Add minced garlic; cook 30 seconds.
Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire to deglaze pan.
Add heavy cream, mayo, and remaining 1 Tbsp Yum Yum Blend. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
Spoon sauce over rested steak or serve on the side. Garnish with scallions or chives.
