Black & Bleu Charred Snap Peas

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to high heat, you can use a grilling basket. 
  2. Toss your snap peas with soy sauce, hot sauce and Black & Bleu seasoning. Mix to coat evenly. 
  3. Place peas in your grilling basket or directly on your grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to overcook as they will get mushy. 
  4. Serve these hot and with buttermilk ranch for a quick and tasty summer side.
