The sweet char of the peas pairs perfect with our unctuous Black & Bleu blend with a slight kick and real bleu cheese powder. These make a great snack or side (and you’re still getting in your veggies).

Black & Bleu Charred Snap Peas

Ingredients
- 1 bag of snap peas
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Spiceology Black & Bleu hot sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
- 1 Tbsp Spiceology Black & Bleu blend
- For serving – Buttermilk Ranch
Instructions
- Heat grill to high heat, you can use a grilling basket.
- Toss your snap peas with soy sauce, hot sauce and Black & Bleu seasoning. Mix to coat evenly.
- Place peas in your grilling basket or directly on your grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to overcook as they will get mushy.
- Serve these hot and with buttermilk ranch for a quick and tasty summer side.
