Ingredients
-
2 cobs of corn
-
3 Tbsp olive oil
-
2 Tbsp Spiceology Chile Margarita
-
2 cloves of garlic, grated with a microplaner
-
1 lime for zesting and juicing
-
Salt to taste
-
1-2 Tbsp chopped cilantro for garnish
Directions
Boil your cobs of corn if they aren’t cooked already. Boil them for 3-4 minutes and cool completely.
Cut your cobs in half, then into quarters lengthwise, being careful as the cores can be tough to cut through.
In a bowl mix together your olive oil, Chile Margarita seasoning, about 1 tsp of salt and garlic.
Brush your Chile Margarita mix onto your corn (just on the corn not on the core side).
Air fry on high for 10-12 minutes.
Zest and juice some lime over the top and finish with cilantro.
