Yes, corn ribs CAN be a side dish all year round - especially with a little help from your air fryer. Chef Ryan coats these babies in our Chile Margarita citrus blend for a zippy sweet side - watch the recipe video below!

Air Fryer Chile Margarita Corn Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 cobs of corn

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp Spiceology Chile Margarita

  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated with a microplaner

  • 1 lime for zesting and juicing

  • Salt to taste

  • 1-2 Tbsp chopped cilantro for garnish

Directions

  1. Boil your cobs of corn if they aren’t cooked already. Boil them for 3-4 minutes and cool completely.

  2. Cut your cobs in half, then into quarters lengthwise, being careful as the cores can be tough to cut through.

  3. In a bowl mix together your olive oil, Chile Margarita seasoning, about 1 tsp of salt and garlic.

  4. Brush your Chile Margarita mix onto your corn (just on the corn not on the core side).

  5. Air fry on high for 10-12 minutes.

  6. Zest and juice some lime over the top and finish with cilantro.
