We're putting our Smoky Honey Habanero Bacon Jam to work in this sophisticated twist on a childhood favorite. This sandwich pairs rich, creamy peanut butter and brie with our slightly smoky, slightly sweet bacon jam. Quick to prepare yet deeply satisfying, it's elevated comfort food.

Peanut Butter or Almond Butter

Brie

Bread (we recommend brioche)
Directions
If you haven’t made Smoky Honey Habanero Bacon Jam yet, start by whipping up some of this mouth-watering condiment using the recipe link above.
Slice your brie in 2 or 3 chunks.
Take your two slices of bread and put your bacon jam on one side. Top it with some brie.
Add your peanut butter and jelly to the other side.
Smash those two pieces of bread together and pop them into an air fryer or oven at 350.
Cook until both sides of the bread are lightly browned and your brie is melted. Then remove from oven or air fryer, let it cool for a bit, and enjoy.
