The sweet char of the peas pairs perfect with our unctuous Black & Bleu blend with a slight kick and real bleu cheese powder. These make a great snack or side (and you're still getting in your veggies).

Ingredients

2 tablespoon Spiceology Black & Bleu hot sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)

1 tablespoon Spiceology Black & Bleu blend
- 1 bag of snap peas

2 teaspoon soy sauce

For serving - buttermilk ranch
Directions
- Heat grill to high heat, you can use a grilling basket.
- Toss your snap peas with soy sauce, hot sauce and Black & Bleu seasoning. Mix to coat evenly.
- Place peas in your grilling basket or directly on your grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to overcook as they will get mushy.
- Serve these hot and with buttermilk ranch for a quick and tasty summer side.
