2 cups Pre-Cooked Rotisserie Chicken, shredded

8 oz Cream Cheese

1/2 cup Bleu Cheese Dressing

1 cup Cheddar, Shredded

4 oz Bleu Cheese Crumbles

1/2 cup Spiceology Black & Bleu Hot Sauce

2 Tbsp Spiceology Bleu Cheese Buffalo Blend

1 cup Sour Cream
-
6 oz French Fries, Crinkle

2 Tbsp Spiceology Buffalo Lemon Pepper Blend

1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
-
Celery, Small Dice for garnish

Bacon Bits for garnish

Chives for garnish

For the Dip
For the Loaded Fries
Directions
Make the Dip
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, bleu cheese dressing, Spiceology Bleu Cheese Baffalo blend, and Black & Bleu hot sauce until smooth.
Fold in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bleu cheese.
Pour into a baking dish and smooth the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling.
Prepare the Loaded Fries
Fry, air fry or bake your French fries according to the package.
Toss in a medium bowl with Spiceology Buffalo Lemon Pepper blend.
Plate in an oven-safe plate or bowl.
Top with the dip and cheddar cheese.
Broil for 3 minutes on 500 degrees.
Garnish with bacon, bleu cheese, chives, and celery.
