Ingredients

Scoop of vanilla ice cream (we used Tillamook)

Caramel sauce (we used Ghirardelli)

Brown Butter Cookie

Shot of espresso
Directions
Drizzle the inside of your glass with the caramel sauce.
Add a scoop (or two) of ice cream.
Sprinkle about a tablespoon of Brown Butter Cookie on the ice cream.
Brew a shot of espresso and pour over the Brown Butter Cookie and ice cream while hot.
Drizzle a little more caramel sauce. Eat and try not to make another.
