Cold brew foam is one of those coffee shop upgrades that's almost embarrassingly easy to make at home — and this version raises the bar. A quick whisk of cream, sweetened condensed milk, and Brown Butter Cookie Blend produces a spiced cold brew topping with serious depth: warm caramel, toasted vanilla, a whisper of spice. No cooking, no special equipment. Just a bowl, a whisk, and 10 minutes between you and a better cup of coffee.

Ingredients
-
¾ cup heavy cream
-
¼ cup whole milk
-
3 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
-
1.5 Tbsp Spiceology Brown Butter Cookie Spice Blend
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-
Pinch Kosher salt
-
4 cups cold brew coffee
-
Ice as needed
Directions
Add heavy cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, Brown Butter Cookie Blend, vanilla extract, and salt to a large mixing bowl.
Whisk vigorously by hand for 2-3 minutes, until the mixture is slightly thickened and creamy but still pourable. It should coat the back of a spoon and hold a brief ribbon when drizzled. Do not over-whisk — you want a silky pour, not whipped cream.
Fill four glasses with ice.
Pour 1 cup of cold brew into each glass.
Slowly pour or spoon the Brown Butter Cookie Cream over the back of a spoon onto each drink so it floats on top.
Finish with a light dusting of Brown Butter Cookie Blend. Serve immediately.
