Ingredients

3 oz cola

1 oz club soda

1.5 oz Brown Butter Cookie syrup (recipe below)

1 oz vanilla cream (recipe below)

Crushed cookies, for garnish

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp Spiceology Brown Butter Cookie Blend

2 cups (1 pint) half-and-half

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions
Brown Butter Cookie Simple Syrup
Combine water, sugar, and Brown Butter Cookie Blend in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until sugar is fully dissolved and mixture just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and let cool completely, about 10 minutes. Strain if desired.
Vanilla Cream
Combine the half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Pour the half-and-half into a large liquid measuring cup or bowl. 2. Slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk — it will sink to the bottom of the cup. Add the vanilla.
Whisk to combine. Whisk to combine and break up the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is homogenous, about 1 minute.
Transfer to a jar for long-term storage. Use the sweet cream right away or transfer to a jar or airtight container for longer-term storage in the refrigerator.
Assemble Drink
Fill a glass with ice. Add Brown Butter Cookie syrup.
Pour in cola and club soda. Stir gently to combine.
Float vanilla cream on top by pouring slowly over the back of a spoon.
Garnish with crushed cookies and serve immediately.
