This dessert bowl leans hard into nostalgia, then levels it up with browned butter depth. Warm, nutty butter carries Spiceology S’mores Seasoning across crunchy kettle corn, while chocolate chips, marshmallows, and crushed Nilla wafers bring that classic campfire energy—no flames required. Sweet, salty, crispy, and just a little gooey, it’s built for sharing… or not.

Ingredients
-
6 cups kettle corn popcorn
-
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
-
2 tsp Spiceology S’mores seasoning
-
½ cup chocolate chips
-
1 cup mini marshmallows
-
¾ cup crushed Nilla wafers
-
Pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
Add popcorn to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Let it foam and cook until golden with a nutty aroma, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir Spiceology S’mores seasoning into the warm brown butter.
Drizzle butter over popcorn and toss gently to coat evenly.
Let cool for 1–2 minutes, then fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and crushed Nilla wafers.
Taste and add a pinch of salt if needed.
Serve immediately or let cool slightly for a crunchy-sweet snack bowl.
Recipe Note
Letting the popcorn cool slightly before adding chocolate keeps the chips intact instead of melting completely — unless you want that gooey drizzle effect!
